Reshma Ahmed
I have been working at FHCC since 2003, I started out as a student from college doing my work experience and was then later employed as a full-time practitioner. I have a BA Hons degree in Early years: Education and Leadership in practice. I am also a mother of two and both my daughters have attended Fellowship house and it was the best decision I have made for them. During my time here at FHCC I have had experience in all the age groups as well as all the roles within the nursery. Now as a manager I am here to help, support and guide the staff, parents, and children. I am aware of the quality the nursery should provide for parents and hope to fulfill these duties.

Bunmi Olla
I started working at FHCC in July 2022, I have 9 years childcare experience and I am level 3 qualified in childcare. I have worked my way through starting from a nursery practitioner to being a room leader, 3rd in charge and then a deputy manager. My role here at FHCC is to help and support the manager as well as supporting the staff in their practice. I am enjoying my time at FHCC.

I have been employed at Fellowship House for the last 14 years as an admin,
My role involves gathering information for payroll, ordering resources, filing documents, and assisting the manager in running of the office.
My hobbies include travelling, exploring different cultures and reading.

My qualifications are Level 2 & 3 in Childcare and education.
My journey at fellowship house, started off being a cover staff and then went on being a full-time practitioner. I have worked for 3 years at fellowship house with the toddlers as a 2nd in charge, I have also experienced working in other age groups as well. I am currently in the baby room as a room leader and really enjoying the whole new experience. I like to go out and visit new places with friends and family. I am a happy person who cares for everyone, and always willing to help whenever in need.

Salma Akhtar
I’ve been at Fellowship house for roughly 6 years. I hold a BA Hons in Education studies and have years of experience in childcare settings. I love working with children as I feel I understand them on many levels and can offer them what they need. I enjoy keeping active at the gym, travelling nationally and internationally. Some of my hobbies include taking trips to the cinemas, seeing wildlife, playing at the arcade, games of pool and playing cards.

Ferdous Ali
I have completed a Pre-School Practice and a Level 2 CACHE Certificate course. I joined Fellowship House Children’s Centre in 2016 as a full time Nursery Practitioner. During my six years’ experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children and am genuinely passionate about providing the best childcare and play experiences.
In my spare time, I love cooking and baking, I am also well-travelled and have been to Europe, Middle East, and North Africa with my family.

Marco Di Piazza
I come from Italy therefore I am bilingual, I speak Italian, English , and I am quite good in French and German. My studies took place in Italy and in the UK. I achieved a level 3 Cache Diploma in childcare. My first placement and work experience have been at FHCC, during my almost 12 years here I have had the opportunity to work with all different age groups and gained knowledge in caring and teaching for children of various backgrounds of life. I am Married and have 2 children of my own. I like travelling, reading, and gardening.

I have been working at Fellowship house for 5 years and I have a Level 3 in Childcare. I started working here as a practitioner and have recently become the Room Leader for the 2-3’s. I have experience in both the baby room and the toddler room. As a room leader I am lead SENCO, Fire Marshall and a first aider for the nursery.

I have worked within childcare and education for more than 10 years and I have a level 1 & 2 qualification in Childcare and Education. I have a passion working with children to help secure their foundation for life. In my spare time I enjoy, cooking, eating, listening to music, socialising with family and friends, exploring the world, learning new things, and praying.

I have worked at Fellowship house nursery for nearly 2 months now and have a BA in early childhood development and learning. My aim is to gain experience and use the qualities, being approachable and talkative with others I believe is a very important skill, which I have gained from experience, from all the charity work and job roles such as working in a children’s home in 2017 and doing work experience in nurseries/ schools during my time at university.

I have been working with children for the last 30 years. I am working at FHCC as a full time Practitioner November 2021. I have Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. I love my job and enjoy my time with the children. I get on really well with my colleagues. I have a passion for cooking and treating my colleagues at work.

I have been working at Fellowship House Since October 2015. I am a graduate with a BA Honours in Early Childhood Studies, I am currently working as a Room leader in the pre-school room. I enjoy spending time with my family.

I have been working in childcare for over 10 years. I have started at FHCC on the 1st of August 2022. I hold CACHE Level 3 in Childcare, I am also qualified in safeguarding and Paediatric first aid. My aim is to help children grow to achieve their early years milestones and best outcomes for their future. It makes me happy to see positive changes in little beautiful minds.
